Need new front desk help!!!
Liked: Clean and comfortable
Disliked: They double charged me. Then the woman working the front desk gave my kids dad the wrong room key so he went into 214 instead of 314 then was asked to leave the hotel for "walking into someone else's room". That's 100% her fault. How else would he have gotten in their room? So of course we immediately left as asked. Still have not been refunded. It's a $400 charge. We had to leave 3 days early as well due to her mistake.
