Liked: This was very inconvenient for me and my family. We paid in advance for the room weeks before going. When we arrived the staff had no room available for us. Then they called an offsite manager and they were told by that manager to just give us a smaller room with one bed… this would not work for our situation. So my options were a smaller room that didn’t work or to find somewhere else to stay. Then I was told I could not be reimbursed becuase I did it through a third party. So I was out 200$ for the room and had to find another room at 10 pm. I had to spend another 300$s. So I would like a full refund for this stay. The hotel also sent back a return email saying that they were not able to provide us a room and it was completely their fault.
Disliked: That fact that I didn’t get a room. Couldn’t get a refund. Had to find another room at 10pm. Then had to spend another 300$

Decent price, horrible amenities

Disliked: You have to pay for things that were expected to be included and those things weren’t noted ahead of time. If you wanted any kind of kitchen utensil, you had to pay for it. The unit had a full kitchen with no pans or dishes or silverware. You also hade to pay for extra towels. Even if you turned in your used ones, you couldn’t get clean ones without paying. If this is your corporate policy, it should be on your website and your booking information.

Liked: It was clean.
Disliked: The pool was closed. The website advertises free breakfast. This is not true. You have to pay for linen. To top it off no one was there to give a receipt at checkout. I’ve stayed at other extended stay hotels and this experience was not the best. Be mindful when traveling and booking here.
