We will never stay here...

Liked: Nothing, It was horrible.
Disliked: I was there with my entire church youth group for an overnight stay. The entire facility wasn't clean. The rooms were filthy. 2 of the 4 rooms had bed bugs and some of our party was bitten by them. The staff was none existent, never at the front desk. One of the rooms had a mattress cover that had feces on it. Reported it to staff and was told they will call us as that room is deep cleaned and once ready will call us and let us know. This was at 4pm and still by 9pm we hadn't been alerted. We went to the room to see if it was cleaned and the bedding was pulled and new sheets were in the room but it was never made. Went to the front desk and was told they were gone for today and wouldn't be able to get it cleaned until the next day which was too late as we would be checking out that day. 4 of us adults went and deep cleaned the room ourselves, we went and purchased lysol to sanitize the mattress and bedding for all rooms.

Liked: There was no breakfast. The WiFi did not work and you had to pay to get the better service for WiFi. The room was not clean and the night staff did not want to change my room. I had to wait until the morning staff came to request a different room.
Disliked: The pool was out of order and that was the only reason I book the location because of my kids

Bianca at the front desk...

Liked: Bianca at the front desk is great. She is good at problem solving and was very helpful fixing the problems with the room. The location of the hotel is good, with a grocery store and many food options close around.
Disliked: The first room I was in smelled HORRIBLE. It was like someone cooked curry and onions and garlic for weeks straight with no air circulation. Bianca was able to put me in a different room that was much better, but still had the toilet seat ripped off the bowl. There also wasn’t an ice machine which is usually standard in hotels.
