Awful experience, will never stay...

Disliked: My stay at the Extended Stay America Select Suites - Atlanta - Alpharetta - Rock Mill Rd has been the absolute worst experience I’ve had at any hotel. This has been the most frustrating, challenging, and confusing hotel booking experience I’ve ever had. I have spent nearly two hours tonight trying to resolve checking in and payment for my room booked on Booking.com despite paying in advance and having multiple emails and texts confirming that — the hotel had no record of my payment and wouldn’t let me check in and forced me to pay a second time despite showing proof of my payment.I spent a half hour on the phone with Booking.com where I was grateful to have Joy commiserate with me once she also dealt with the front desk staff at this Extended Stay America location on Rock Mill Road in Alpharetta, GA — she stated multiple times that this process should not be this difficult but that the property was processing payments incorrectly and not understanding or following the agreement with Booking.com. She also empathized with how rude, unprofessional, difficult, and unhelpful the ESA front desk staff was. I was treated rudely and unprofessionally at every interaction.

Disappointing

Disliked: Took forever to be greeted to check in. Shower had mold. The door was not straight on the hinges and left a big gap that could be seen through.

My 2 Night Stay

Liked: I liked the value for the money I spent. The room was clean and perfect for the two nights I was there.
Disliked: I was in room 236, and the freezer was very loud when it turned on. Also, the TV sits on a low cabinet. It should be wall mounted where the mirror is and at least a 50"
