Fair, but I would use...

Liked: Price was reasonable.
Disliked: I didn’t realize I had to ask for shampoo in advance so I had to come out of the room and wait for staff, which was nowhere to be found; so I had to call them on the phone from the outside? Basically very understaffed.

Excellent stay with Excellent value.

Liked: I liked the facilities, comfort and price.
Disliked: Better lit area. Really dark at night.

Disappointing

Liked: It was an ok property, room was decent. The staff were polite, and kind.

Liked: The bed was pretty comfortable and I liked being on the third floor. The price was reasonable.
Disliked: The bathroom smelled faintly of cigarettes. The carpet and walls are showing their age - not terrible, just a bit worn. You have to ask for basic things like blankets and shampoo.

Liked: morgan hill location-nothing was even remotely okay about this location. 0/10 edenville location- overall great. concierge was super helpful and check in was quick
Disliked: customer service was terrible. they walked us to another hotel 2 hours prior to check in because they were overbooked.
