Very good! Really appreciated having...
Liked: The breakfast consisted of muffins and bars or hot instant oatmeal, and coffee or tea. But we knew that from the site, and it was very convenient to grab and go.
Also, a Chick-Fil-A was across the parking lot. Great!
Creek behind property with walking path and little bridges.
Disliked: We were told our one-time room refresh would happen several days in a row. It finally did happen on 3rd day we were told.

Exactly what I needed
Liked: I loved the location! Sugar House area is really cute and the hotel is right on the main drag. I had a choice of dine-in or take-out restaurants all within reasonable walking distance as well as clothes shopping, which was all very convenient.
Everyone working at Extended Stay was personable and handled all my questions/requests with ease. There were trees on my side with a creek running through. I loved listening to the water run behind the property. I would definitely come back to this .
Disliked: The property is set up for people who stay awhile (Extended Stay), so breakfast, while not fancy, was enough, as most probably would fix their own in their rooms. Coffee in the front office was always FRESH - very important to me. This isn't resort living - and I wasn't looking for that. It was perfect for what I needed - a clean room when I returned at night.

Liked: Friendly staff, quiet area
Disliked: The bed wasn't comfortable, and the "free breakfast" is actually small pre-packaged muffins and granola bars.

High quality staff, low quality...
Liked: Every staff member encountered was outstanding.
The coffee was decent but the "breakfast" was almost non-existent.
The location was good, and the nearness to parks a definite plus.
A handful of restaurants were within walking distance.
Disliked: Over all quality of the room fixtures was low, room was small. Basically, Motel 6 with a kitchenette. Homeless often live next door in the car garage, heard concerned comments from two different guest groups. While the facility was convenient, it was not worth the price charged.
