Clean and quiet at an affordable price - the kitchen area was a plus!

Disliked: Only one towel in the room for two adults and a used bar of soap stuck the sink does not say much for house keeping. Breakfast consisted of coffee and muffins, If they weren't out of coffee or muffins.

Pay the extra money and...
Disliked: The clerk checking us in didn't even greet us when we arrived. The room we were given had a bug right in front of the closet that we had to get on a chair in order to kill it. Needless to say none of us used the closet like area the two nights we were there. Nor did we feel safe using the dessers in the room. We were gone from 8:30 AM till about 7 PM on Saturday, when we got back to the room there were no fresh linens in our room nor were the beds made. There was one small trash can located in the bathroom so if you wanted to throw something away and one of the three of us was in the bathroom...you had to wait till we were done. Very inconvenient for a place that provides a full size refrigerator and burners for you to cook on during your stay. The 2nd night of our stay we were woken up around 2 AM by a man beating on a woman right in front of our room. We were so scared that we didn't call the front desk or 911 for fear that they would hear us in our room and try to kick the door in and harm us. This was the first time we ever stayed at an Extended Stay (Lincroft, NJ) and it will be our last time. I'd rather pay the extra money for a room that is clean and safe and drive the extra miles to come in from another city than ever stay in a dump like this again. Live and learn! We will be back in the Lincroft, NJ area again in a couple of months but will not be staying at Extended Stay.

Liked: Please extend our sincerest thank you to Robert. We had an issue at check-in on Saturday night. He cleaned it up in our kitchen and extended our stay to a late checkout. Which worked out perfectly since we were there to run the marathon on Sunday. We had enough time to do that and get back shower and checkout at 2. Please thank him for us!!! Ever so grateful. We will back next year because of his hospitality
Disliked: Kind of smelled like wet dog in the halls. But I love that you alllow families to being their dogs. So give and take.

Nice place for the money.
Liked: The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly.
Disliked: I was expecting more than oatmeal and a muffin for a breakfast selection. When Nadine was working she made a decent cup of coffee. Otherwise the coffee was not drinkable. Guests were allowed pets in their rooms. OK if the folks stayed with their pets to supervise. We could hear the dogs romping around and jumping off the beds in the room above us when the owners were gone. Fortunately it did not bother us because we didn't stay in the room most of the day; but I think the pets should only be allowed on first floor to help with this problem.

Stay was fine and I...
Liked: Room was clean and location for us was good.
Disliked: Disapointed they didn't offer breakfast and the smell in the hallway was awful. You could tell they were trying to spray freshner to cover smoke scent.
