Liked: very clean and simple rooms. great staff.
Disliked: the breakfast was not impressive. only light roast coffee and a few packaged muffins

Disliked: Breakfast was just oats, muffins and nutri bars with coffee. Cleaning of rooms should be done at least once in three days free of cost.

Liked: The staff was courteous and helpful. They called to tell us the elevator was broken and William helped us get a first floor room as we have knee problems. The staff had to do extra by climbing stairs all week but everyone was friendly and didn’t seem to be frustrated by the elevator issue.

Disliked: The elevator was out of service, for over a week, and was not informed ahead of time.We ask for an extra pillow,and was told only three pillows is allowed with a qt bed. And I have trouble sleeping laying flat.

Bad service and elevator broken

Liked: Elevator was broken. Had to walk up to the 4th floor. No discount was offered.
