Bathroom was dirty, toilet didn’t...
Liked: The curtains were black out which was nice.
Disliked: We arrived with a clogged toilet in our room late at night that never got cleaned which unmentionables. The previous person staying in there set an alarm for 12:00am which continued to go off for over 30 minutes before we unplugged it. I mentioned these problems to the front desk and that we were here in town for medical reasons and said we would have asked to switch rooms, but it was late and we thought after it flushed it was fine. They never offered us a discount for our uncomfortable stay, just said they would put in a work order.

Liked: We had no issues checking into our suite, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The other residents staying were respectful and quiet, and location wasn’t hard to find, the room had great amenities

Liked: The facility had the basic need like the full size fridge and proximity to the hospital for surgery.
Disliked: Emailed property about concerns and didn't get a response until the next day as we were leaving. The desk staff responded verbally about concern but preferred to have in writing since it related to previous damages observed and pictures taken. I emailed once again after check out to confirm we wouldn't end up being charged for damages previously noted and emailed about since verbal response to initial email was no we do not need photos we will look at it once you have checked out. This concerned me since I have seen cases where people are charged for previously existing damages they had not done. As you age, you learn things on how to protect yourself from things like that. I did not, as of yet, get charged for anything besides the cost of the stay. However, an email was never sent in response to my inquiry. Lack of communication was really disappointing, especially since it was stated that replies would be given within 24 to 48 hrs. 1st email verbal response no actual emailed reply, which I had requested as being preferred communication within 24 hrs. 2nd email, no reply at all still. Check.out was April 5th. The date is now April 9th. It makes me feel as though the property doesn't feel it is necessary to respond since we are no longer there and no longer of importance, I suppose. Customer service used to mean something and just seems as though these days it is truly lacking, and that seems to be the norm. Otherwise, it met our needs. I also expected a little better breakfast, but it was only grab and go, which consisted of tiny yogurts tiny muffins and coffee that was like a 6 oz cup offering nothing even substantial and hardly anything was even available at 7am of those things. No coffee maker in the room at all would have had to rent one. It is an extend a stay, but I would expect that for a guest, coming for 2 days, a coffee machine would have been put in the room. Renting one for a long-term stay, I understand and respect but not for a 2 day...

Ok apart from the road...
Liked: The room was fine, however there was a lot of road noise.The fridge freezer was also very loud, but I was able to turn that off.Other than that it was fine, the staff were helpful and it was just a ten minute walk to the new light rail
