Terrible staff and unacceptable rules

Disliked: Surly and rude staff, would NOT answer my question why and how long will they keto photo of my drivers license. I find that unacceptable invasion of privacy

Could be better.

Liked: Comfortable bad. Good WiFi.
Disliked: I requested a room change due to freeway noise, but was denied. Four nights of poor sleep. Someone's hair everywhere.
