It was fine to stay...

Liked: Good location
Disliked: The walls are so thin you can hear everything from the people above you and next to you, the bed was uneven, and I found dirty tissues next to one of the chairs.

Great business trip.

Liked: This place is great. It meets the expectations, the staff is great and kind. Great experience.
Disliked: We like everything in the hotel.

Liked: Property was nice and had good amenities.
Disliked: When I went into my room and got into the bed, the sheets were stained. The TV allows you to set up your YouTube and Netflix, but the YouTube didn’t work and said that it needed to be updated, but I couldn’t update it. There are no cups in the room on arrival. Breakfast was good, but unfortunately, if I didn’t get there early, people would eat all of the stuff and I would be left with the last splash of coffee.

Disappointing

Liked: The room was a good size and decent except for the M&M wrapper underneath the bed. The location to where we needed to go was convenient and there was plenty of parking.
Disliked: The hallway smelled horrible, the carpet was filthy, they left all the trash bags out, and the elevator looked like it hadn't been mopped for days with a nasty smell in it. The guest above us was up stomping and walking around the room most of the night. Breakfast was a total bust with just fig bars, granola bars, oatmeal, coffee and tea. a coffee maker in every room would have been a big help but they seem to not go out of their way to make the stay pleasant at all. Also thought it was odd that there were motion detectors in the room.
