The stay was good just...

Disliked: The bed sheets looked like they had mold on it wasn’t happy with that at all

Liked: It was clean and spacious and quiet. The staff were very friendly and responsive.
Disliked: There was no breakfast offered. The location isn't the greatest but it was convenient to our destination.

Liked: Great staff and great location.
Disliked: Didn’t have any soap or shampoo, because of a missed delivery.

Disliked: room freezing AC set to 68 degrees. no hand soap or shower accessaries

Bad

Disliked: Did reservation through the booking, but when came to lobby they told me that there's no rooms available. And didn't even try to help me. I don't know who's fault was that but either booking and hotel doesn't want to help solve this issue. My card was charged and booking didn't reply to my messages, totally ignoring my message. Used booking a lot for all my travels now considering to use different service.

Liked: It was extremely easy to get to, the room was very nice - not fancy, but very livable and extremely clean. That staff was so nice! There was a really nice (and also clean!) area to walk my dog.
Disliked: This is so crazy – there were no toiletries! Like, literally not even soap!! When I went down to the front seat to ask for some, they didn’t have any. I asked when housekeeping would be in (so maybe I could get some from them…?), and was told not ‘til 10 a.m. So I had nothing to wash my hands with, take a shower with… I ended up using the facial cleanser I’d brought with me for everything. I’ve never been in a hotel that didn’t have even hand soap!
