It is too bad the highest rating is 5. This one would be a 10 - our room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was wonderful and the staff was beyond perfect. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

Would not stay here again....
Liked: There’s not much to say about what we liked.
Disliked: Check in was too long..many people were standing with complaints and needs. There was only one person at front desk who was handling check in as well as guest concerns…he would leave others hanging and waiting. Rooms had missing items and guests had to ask for each thing.

Pleasant
Liked: I chosen the property with the fact of the purpose that it was close to things I wanted to do with my son. The parking is free, which is awesome considering you have to pay for parking for other hotels and pay for parking if you want to do things, which can add up quickly. The hotel has a stand up refrigerator with a freezer, you also have small kitchen area with a microwave, small sink on the counter top, and a small stovetop to heat up food and cook. Be mindful that there is no utensils, bowls and plates. There is a lot of space to put your items in drawers. There is a small group of "food trucks" location in the area that you can walk out of the hotel and walk one minute. You also have a gas station and a fast food right next to the hotel. Please keep in mind that I booked the hotel with about couple of weeks to almost a month in advance, and it was something that was affordable considering I was only staying for the weekend. The supervisor Jessica was amazing when I've been keeping an open communication with the fact that I'm traveling far and won't be able to check in until late morning.
Disliked: There is multiple of things I didn't like from the property. Starting with the fact that when I arrived around 5 am in the morning there was a sign that says to contact the front desk and they will be right back. I called while standing at the front desk, which makes no sense. After, I saw a woman that looked like a worker and asked if she works here. She looked at me pointing to her mouth and didn't answer and walked out of the hotel. When finally getting settled around 35 to 40 minutes of waiting to get checked in. We finally got into our room. Everything was spacious but there was things that made me feel uncomfortable and gross. When walking in, the hotel had "hard" wood floors. When walking in you can see the floors is still dirty as if housekeeping mopped but didn't mop well. My sons feet was black as if he was walking in a garage. I had to use a hand towel with hot warm and mop the floors with the towel. The towel was so black I felt disgusted. Saturday night we all took a shower and noticed that by the vent had yellow liquid spots as if someone was smoking. Than my mom and myself noticed a message on the window in the bathroom which made us uncomfortable. Be mindful that with the location of the hotel, there is a lot of homeless people roaming the streets and staying on the side of the sidewalk.

I would recommend it to...
Liked: Really appreciated the Track Lighting and the desk lamp. I liked the breakfast buffet on Sunday, August 10, 2025. This was race day at nearby Portland International Raceway. I was there for the NTT Indycar Series event. I did notice quite a few race fans staying at the Hotel. It was nice the room had a Refrigerator and a Microwave Oven, although I didn't need to use them.
Disliked: One Light Bulb was burned out in my room. It was the Tall Floor Lamp. It was a nice Hotel, but seemed to operate with a skeleton staff. It always seemed like the staff was overwhelmed - however they handled the pressure with grace. They did the very best they could under difficult circumstances. Please hire more staff for this location. It was a little strange to have to take my own dirty towels downstairs to the lobby and exchange them for fresh ones. Also, somewhat strange to have to take out my own trash and locate replacement trash bags. Additionally, it seemed like a number of Homeless People with Vouchers from the local Homeless Authority were staying at the Hotel. You'd see them shuffle from the elevator, through the lobby, and walk outside to smoke Marijuana in the entryway. It was a little disconcerting when entering or exiting the Hotel to have to navigate through the cloud of Marijuana Smoke. I did see a vehicle for a Security Guard, but never saw the Security Guard himself/herself. On Monday, August 11, 2025, the breakfast buffet was a dud. Unlike the previous day, there were only Nutrigrain bars and Yogurt. Was the staff worried some of the Homeless Patrons would load up their pockets with breakfast items for later?
