It is too bad the highest rating is 5. This one would be a 10 - our room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was wonderful and the staff was beyond perfect. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

Disliked: I'm extremely disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. I booked it specifically because it advertised "breakfast included," but the reality was a sad selection of only yogurt and two kinds of coffee. This is completely unacceptable and a blatant misrepresentation of what was offered.Additionally, there was no staff at the front desk when we were checking in. Later, when we needed basic items, we found the desk unmanned again.Beyond the inadequate breakfast and absent staff, the overall service was terrible. It felt like the hotel was cutting corners at every opportunity, leaving guests like myself without basic necessities. The experience was far from satisfactory, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and honest stay. Save your money and book elsewhere!
