Never again!

Liked: The linens were clean and the bed was pretty comfortable. A/C was adequate.
Disliked: Months ago I booked 4 suites with 2 beds plus a sofa sleeper in each room for a total of 9 adults. When we arrived, we were told those rooms were not available-no reason why. After much back and forth involving the manager, we were given 4 single suites with one pretty comfortable double bed and an extremely pitiful and uncomfortable double sofa sleeper with a disgusting mattress in each room and no bedding for the sofa sleeper-had to ask for bedding. As a conciliatory gesture, our 9th person was given a single room at no cost and all other rooms were downgraded to their normal price. The actual beds were fairly comfortable but the sofa sleepers were unbearable and many of us got very little sleep. The breakfast area had a total of 3 chairs. The pool was closed.

Liked: It’s convenient next to airport
Disliked: The place smelled of mold and very dirty. If you need anything for your room (mugs, dishes, hair dryer, etc) , you have to go down to front desk to get it. Only one person worked at the front and she was running the laundry so sometimes she’s not there.

It was OKAY...

Liked: I liked the area it was okay because the hotel sits back off in a secluded spot. The kitchenette was really clean in the room as well as the bathroom that is normally the main places I check first ... The bed was nice and clean.. it was okay ..
Disliked: I didn't like the limited supply of towels provided. If you are having a family of at least 2-4 people to a room there should be at least a set of 4 towels and 6 bath rags and two bath mats. I asked for two extra towels and I was told that I couldn't be provided anymore unless I brought down my old ones and even then clean ones weren't guaranteed if their weren't any left .. that's not good. That is what the housekeeping department is for. And we were there 3 days and only saw one. And our room was never checked for clean towels or anything. . The staff wasn't too friendly either ..upon arrival the front desk receptionist at the time wasn't smiling at all and she seemed a bit frustrated for whatever reason..

Will never stay again, and...

Liked: Only thing I can say positive is that The suite is decent, how it is set up, and the TV was a nice size.
Disliked: The pool was not in service, I was vacationing in Miami, I would've never booked with the hotel, if I knew the pool was closed, couldn't even sit on the patio, because it said that the door was out of service. No ice machine, no bathroom in reception, was waiting for room to be set up. Bed seemed old, the TV was basically chained to the wall, but was also bolted down, and had limited swivel, bathroom door was half broken, but functional, tub drained slow. Walls were thin, so I heard people stomping around in the middle of the night, when I had to get up for a flight a few hrs later, and then also their TV playing super loud at 6 A.M.

Disliked: So that is my fourth time there was a little disturbedI was in room 100 i cou hear allwhat was going on in the upper room then i wore sock in my room the floor must not have mop for weeks that was the down side
