SUCKS, stinky rooms! Crappy breakfast!

Disliked: The bimbo behind the counter when I checked in, she was white, skinny, dark hair, I believe her name was brandy? She worked the night I checked in. She gave me a room that completely smelled like mold. I have major health problems, and a child traveling with me. I was not fine with staying in that room for two nights. I went back downstairs to address the issue with her, and the whole time she tells me there are no rooms available for my stay, and I would have to stay in that moldy room. She also told me that the rooms that were not available were in fact open, and waiting for other travelers to take them. Which showed me, she could have switched my room. I have never had this issue before about switching rooms. I have done it before at this same location. But, She wouldn’t do it for me. I have never seen her before, so she must have been new. The other staff usually switches but she was treating me in a bad manner to the point I had to call a 800 number for help because she wouldn’t even call a manager for help or advice. She wanted me gone and I didn’t feel wanted. I will never stay here again, and I don’t advise anyone else too. Yeah, they have cheap rooms, but 99% of the time I’m moving into a better room because they like to give me ones that smell either of Mold, WEED, or body Odor. You guys shouldn’t even be in business….I was treated terribly and the rooms are NOT up to standard or regulations with the MOLD.

Disliked: Sink In bathroom drains very slow. Water pressure in shower

Disliked: Unfortunately there was dog shit all around the hotel, there was only 1 elevator and it was broken.

Disliked: Water pressure in the shower. Took a long time to get the shampoo rinsed out of my hair..sink in bathroom didn't drain very well..

Disliked: Sink In my bathroom didn't drain very very. Had to clean it every time I used it. Water pressure in shower was too weak, and shower head was too high. Mold in the bottom seam of the shower.
