Disliked: This is the most filthy hotel I've ever stayed in. On arrival at the reception area was a domestic incident taking place with police, very disturbing to see. Truly disgusting room. Human hair, skin and dirt on floors, bathroom and bath facility. Room smelt of cigarettes and mold. Reported all to desk with no response from any staff member. I will never use this companies properties ever again.

Liked: My room was clean , and staff was understanding and trying there best to fix the situation the best they can since I booked with a booking.com
Disliked: That booking.com and the hotel canceled my reservation with out my permission and I had to pay again to secure my booking and you and the hotel had to speak to each other and get a refund back for my stay since I paid double to secure the room I booked . And the price I paid wasn’t even worth staying there . Instead ofChecking in with no issue I had to stay an hour on the phone with booking.com to get the situation straightened out to make sure I had a place to sleep at night and made sure I get a refund back since I was charged twice forThe same room ! Just a bad start on my visit especially I was there for aFuneral for my uncle that passed away . As well noticed other guest checking in were having the same issue as me .
