Disappointing

Liked: The front desk staff was superb, Porchia greeted late at night and the guy who worked mornings and the location which was near to my sister who we were visiting.
Disliked: According to booking.com ad, we were to have a full kitchenette. No this, no that and biggest thing no hairdryer as promised. Suppose to go ask for things we wanted. Had to go to Walmart and buy a hair dryer. But I guess I can understand why, it would be stolen. Far from "premier" suites. Didn't realize it was an extended stay, lot of marijuana, etc. Front desk staff so nice, friendly and helpful. Oh yeah, no water morning shower time for about 4 hours.

Liked: It was close to the bar we wanted to go to.
Disliked: It was obvious that prostitution is allowed at this property. It was a gross and scary place. If we could have found another place that allowed pets, we would have left. Pool looked like sewage. We were nervous to leave stuff in the cars.

Disliked: I would never stay here again. It was the worst place to stay pools growing mold guns prostitutes, homeless people coming in and stealing the breakfast what little breakfast there is because the managers don’t order for all the customers doors unlocked so it’s unsafe and drugs being done in the rooms, especially marijuana because you can smell it from the hallway and roaches in every room.

Liked: Front desk attendants were pleasant.
Disliked: The breakfast wasn't a healthy grab and go. It was off-brand muffins and cold coffee. The pool was green and had all kinds of branches in it, so was unable to use. It looks like it has been closed and not worked on for a long time. People hanging out in stairwell and sitting on lobby floors, and yelling in hallways nightly. Smoking allowed right at the lobby doors, which was gross. Had to ask for all cooking supplies, which wasn't a full kitchen of items and they kept it downstairs at the desk. Beds were small and uncomfortable and TV wasn't working half the time.
