Good place to lay your...

Liked: The room was clean and location had all needed for trip
Disliked: When we arrived the elevator did not work and we had to bring all of our luggage upstairs in the stairwell. Also needed kitchen supplies and had three bags of kitchen supplies I needed to carry up to the room. It would have been nice if there were attendance or maybe somebody that worked there to actually bring up the kitchen supplies since I'm already lugging my food and bags up the stairs. Also we were told we could have a late checkout the maid stopped by I told her she was like okay no problem and then somebody beats on the door while I'm trying to get that last hour of sleep and rushes us out of the room in 30 minutes. I don't like answering a door in a towel but hey just some communication is necessary and I guess they couldn't do it. Also when it says breakfast is included in the price they should let you know it's a little carton of milk and maybe a bagel or a muffin.

Liked: It was close to restaurants and one of the people at the front desk was nice.
Disliked: I didn’t like the locks they had for the doors, when using the bathroom we seen roaches, and the rooms are to high for how they look.

I need a refund because...

Liked: Rooms smelled like smoke and the sheets were stained and has hair on them

Clean and comfortable room

Liked: Room: Clean, hot water, nice kitchen space... just as the photos show. You can get complimetary elements for the kitchen if you need.Location: Well located, lots of commerce around.
Disliked: Room: Tv wasn't working properly, it had a purple tone that made it hard to watch.Halls, stairs and public space a bit run down.Breakfast: It's not a proper breakfast, just a grab and go space with some snacks and coffee.
