Besides the air conditioner rattling when turned on, everything about my stay was wonderful. The staff was pleasant, friendly and helpful. Food service was great, and the complimentary breakfast was pretty good as well. Our room was beautiful, tidy, and best of all - the beds were super soft. We had one noise complaint but the staff promptly addressed the issue and it was quiet the rest of the night. The hotel is in a nice area. I loved it, would recommend and definitely stay again!

Liked: Friendly staff; beautiful, clean rooms; in a great area.
Disliked: Doors were kind of thin - could hear people when walking through the halls, but not a huge deal. The AC unit in my room rattled a bit.

Liked: The desk person was very helpful . I only needed a couple dishes , silverware, And pan. - he got for me. He made sure I had a cart to get items to the roomThe door required. An extra strong weight to push the lever down to open. The guy opened for me..I was afraid of breaking something to push that hard room 201
Disliked: I'm old and need secure steps if use them. When at higher parking level the steps are not safe to get to lower level. They are slanted. I used the ground in a different area bec it was safer .

Affordable but disappointing service and...

Liked: The location was perfect, bed was comfortable and the price was affordable.
Disliked: Our rooms toilet ran the entire time we were there, the tv remote was a universal remote that didn’t work at all. Very disappointed that the pool was closed/empty and we weren’t informed. Lastly the breakfast was completely disappointed, the only option we had was coffee and muffins. Not sure if this is a property we will visit again.

Exceptional

Underwhelmed and would never recommend...

Liked: The staff made a moderate effort to befriend friendly
Disliked: The room was is moderate disrepair. The door to the room was loose at the hinges and was hard to shut and even harder to lock. Lots of damaged area of the walls throughout the hotel and the room. We indicated 5 people checking in but there was only one set of towels and no bedding for the hide-a-bed. I was made to go and retrieve all these items myself. The advertised “available breakfast” consisted of a handful of sad granola bars and terrible coffee which I couldn’t even drink. The lobby of the hotel smelled of cannabis and the front desk attendant spoke to me with a full mouth of food.

Disliked: Breakfast is mediocre but they didn’t promise anything more than that.

Disliked: Floor was dirty and killed a couple of bugs that looked like a roach.

Liked: In a safe quiet area of Cleveland
Disliked: Didn’t have wash cloths and couldn’t get any from the front desk. There was also an issue with checking myself in and they couldn’t add me to a room even though I booked it a month ago

Pleasant

Liked: Room was comfortable and clean. Location was great (have stayed here before under different hotel name). Amply parking.
Disliked: Pool has been permanently closed. Breakfast was to be until 9:30 but at 8:30 all that was left were some boiled eggs and some nutragrain bars.
