Besides the air conditioner rattling when turned on, everything about my stay was wonderful. The staff was pleasant, friendly and helpful. Food service was great, and the complimentary breakfast was pretty good as well. Our room was beautiful, tidy, and best of all - the beds were super soft. We had one noise complaint but the staff promptly addressed the issue and it was quiet the rest of the night. The hotel is in a nice area. I loved it, would recommend and definitely stay again!

Liked: Friendly staff; beautiful, clean rooms; in a great area.
Disliked: Doors were kind of thin - could hear people when walking through the halls, but not a huge deal. The AC unit in my room rattled a bit.

Liked: it accommodated our family of 6
Disliked: There pool is permanently shut down. The breakfast they offered wad in a to go bag. We went there based on what they advertised online. It was a little disappointing.

Good for a fun weekend...

Liked: Everything was very clearly stated in the handout I was given at check-in.
Disliked: There were quite a few people running around and being loud late into the night, but I wasn't there on business, didn't have to be up early, and was enjoying myself.

Liked: Location and price
Disliked: There was a half smoked cigarette on the sofa. The room smelled like smoke. Said it was 2 queens, but the beds are full size and uncomfortable. One of the two rooms we had the thermometer didn't work. Only one elevator was working . . . 1.5 years ago when we stayed here the same elevator was out of order.
