Extended Stay America Premier Suites - Cleveland - Independence

Besides the air conditioner rattling when turned on, everything about my stay was wonderful. The staff was pleasant, friendly and helpful. Food service was great, and the complimentary breakfast was pretty good as well. Our room was beautiful, tidy, and best of all - the beds were super soft. We had one noise complaint but the staff promptly addressed the issue and it was quiet the rest of the night. The hotel is in a nice area. I loved it, would recommend and definitely stay again!

Liked: Friendly staff; beautiful, clean rooms; in a great area.
Disliked: Doors were kind of thin - could hear people when walking through the halls, but not a huge deal. The AC unit in my room rattled a bit.

Disliked: The beds are small rooms smell of smoke despite a no smoking sign. Free breakfast was a small granola bar.

I paid too much for...

Liked: I like the location of the property.
Disliked: I booked my stay months in advance with an on site pool being part of my criteria for booking this specific hotel. The property permanently closed the pool about a month before my stay and did not inform me of this change. There was a family staying across the hall from me who were loud and disruptive screaming and running down the halls well past 3 am with no regard to the other patrons.

Disliked: Grab and go breakfast. But when i looked back it was clearly advertised

Liked: The rooms were spacious and off a main interchange
Disliked: There were a few things broken that we asked them to look at. We were told they would, we got back from kite concert and they still weren’t fixed. One being the sink stopper that wouldn’t go up so the sink was half full of water. The second being the smoke detector has a bad batty and it flashed a white light all night that light up the roomThere was no sleeping

Never Happened

Liked: They cancelled my reservation 3 hours before arriving.
Disliked: Customer service was rude.
