Extended Stay America Premier Suites - Cleveland - Independence

Besides the air conditioner rattling when turned on, everything about my stay was wonderful. The staff was pleasant, friendly and helpful. Food service was great, and the complimentary breakfast was pretty good as well. Our room was beautiful, tidy, and best of all - the beds were super soft. We had one noise complaint but the staff promptly addressed the issue and it was quiet the rest of the night. The hotel is in a nice area. I loved it, would recommend and definitely stay again!

Liked: Friendly staff; beautiful, clean rooms; in a great area.
Disliked: Doors were kind of thin - could hear people when walking through the halls, but not a huge deal. The AC unit in my room rattled a bit.

Spacious rooms and about 15...

Liked: Room was big enough to accommodate 6+ and location was close enough to downtown for my event. Stores and food were close. My room was very spacious and clean however, other families that we knew who also stayed, said their room layout was odd and tight. Good price
Disliked: Pool is permanently closed, I knew this ahead of time but still needed the space so kept room. The air conditioner under or above our room was loud (the vibrations came through walls and floors). The breakfast was available (muffins, granola bars etc)

Disliked: Check was scheduled for 3 I did not get in room until after 4:30 pm

Liked: The location and staff was friendly.
Disliked: I booked back in February for a 2 queen bed deluxe studio room and booking over booked so our room was gone hand to deal with a king bed deluxe room for 5 people. Also had black mold in bathroom from to much moisture.
