Great room except for the...

Liked: The room was spacious and there was enough room to be comfortable and spread out like we each needed to. The bed was a little lumpy but actually comfortable. The shower was nice and big. There were enough towels for two people.
Disliked: The bathroom wasn't great. The toilet had no lid, the toilet paper roll holder was broken, and there wasn't enough room to get dressed comfortably in the bathroom for privacy. There was no counter or anywhere in the bathroom to put clean clothes while you changed. The shower doors didn't stay closed while showering, so water got all over the floor.

Disliked: Night clerk was neither friendly nor helpful. I had sent a prior request for a 1st floor room. He just dismissed me and said there weren't any available. I made this request months ahead. No.hair dryers in room. We had t go down and get one.
