Extended Stay America Suites - Portland - Tigard

A peaceful evening!

Liked: Cleaned and nice decoration and style.
Disliked: Some of the tenants, customers, we're irritable in the morning, wasn't sure why.

Okay would not stay again

Liked: The location was fantastic very quiet and secluded
Disliked: No one at the desk when I arrived. No public restroom I had to make myself at home and use the employees bathroom. Several items in my room need work. T paper dispenser pulling out of the wall. Above dining bar looked like a light fixture had been removed paper stuffed in holes not painted. Bath/shower had nothing for anti slip protection.

Worst place to stay

Liked: Close to all major highway.
Disliked: The property was run down. The entry door was terrible. The door sill on the door was missing. There were ants all over, both dead and alive. The bed also had a few dead ants in the sheets.The trash was overflowing outside. The bed was small and hard as a rock. The front desk told us it was the last room available, however there were many empty rooms on the other floors. I’m not sure if the room had been vacuumed for a long time. There was a string mop outside by the stairs. Breakfast was prepackaged to go, such as a granola bar. The freeway noise made it difficult to sleep.All in all it was not a pleasant place to stay.

Liked: The bed was amazing and I loved the pillows. Well lit and comfortable.
Disliked: The refrigerator didn't work but the freezer did, so I froze things, then thawed things. Noisy! People checking in at 2am were really noisy!
