I WILL NEVER STAY HERE...

Liked: Location, it’s in the same parking lot as the extended stay I normally stay at. Just a different building
Disliked: Everything!!! Extended stay America should be ashamed of itself for ALLOWING a property to represent its brand so POORLY!!! Staff was VERY unprofessional! Elevator DIDNT work at all?? and NOT one guest was told that BEFORE check in??? they made refunds seem IMPOSSIBLE!! Just straight HORRIBLE…period DONT PICK THIS BUILDING 1760 is a SLUM pretending to be a Hotel…PERIOD!!!

Good value but the whole...

Liked: Easy check in. Free parking. Spacious room. Comfortable bed.
Disliked: The carpet is rather dirty and the room was smelly. The air vent in the bathroom kept making noise even when it was off.

Liked: Absoutely nothing ! It was a Pig's sty
Disliked: Your website over booked me at the first Extended Stay location. Was moved to the second location 1951 Summit Tower Blvd., Orlando, Florida by the Manager. The appearance to the second location was filthy. Carpets dirty. The smell of burnt fish in the hallway. The room was filthy like it hadn't been clean. Dirty Windows and curtains. Smelled awful. Dirty chairs which were soiled. Dirty floors. Baseboards peeling off the wall. Only one bath towel. Dirty bathroom. Was so bad we checked out an obtained a room at the Marriott Courtyard. I should be reinbursed by Extended Stay and they need to inspect their property
