I would stay again when...

Liked: Air conditioner and refrigerator were nice and cold. Bed was comfortable. Friendly staff.
Disliked: I had to clean the handle and door of the refrigerator with soap and towel as the cleaning crew did not. I also had to clean around the floor area of the toilet.

Deeply disappointing and far below...

Liked: Regarding what I liked about the property, I must be honest and say that, unfortunately, I didn’t find aspects that truly stood out or met my expectations. I always strive to see the positive in every experience, but in this case, there were no notable elements.
Disliked: Regarding the aspects I did not like about the property, frankly, I was disappointed with nearly everything. The public areas were poorly maintained, with trash scattered everywhere. The rooms had an unpleasant odor and were poorly cleaned, with signs of mold in the bathrooms. The beds, kitchen appliances, refrigerator, and sofa were all in poor condition, which was a stark contrast to the photos shown at the time of booking—it felt like a huge misrepresentation. Additionally, the staff was unhelpful; for clean towels, I had to go to the lobby and exchange them myself, which was inconvenient as it seemed like they suspected guests might steal them. The breakfast was also disappointing, not only due to its poor quality and the cramped space in the lobby but because it was poorly stocked. Despite arriving during the breakfast hours, there was nothing left on the last few days, which was frustrating for me and other guests.

Liked: The location not far from the strip, good area. The pool was nice. The separate rooms and living room is good.
Disliked: Bathroom is small.

Don't base your trip in...

Liked: Spacious, clean and comfortable room. Pans, coffee maker and spatulas can be asked for to the staff. My kids love the pool and the hot tub!! 😁
Disliked: Breakfast too simple, coffee, muffins, oatmeal and hot chocolate powder packs. You could add bananas and yogurt 🤤

Strong cigarette smell

Liked: Free parking
Disliked: Our room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke as well as cigarette burns on the coffee table. After walking barefoot I noticed the floors had dirt or crumbs everywhere. The free breakfast was only coffee and packs of instant oatmeal.
