It’s okay and location is...

Liked: Front desk when arrival was friendly and very helpful!
Disliked: Already knew checkout was at 11am . If we have our doors locked why you pushing the door to come in and “tell us checkout is at 11am” . Nobody asked for a reminder and trying to come in forcely. Plus if “we” stay another 1hr or so that’s our problem you have my card to charge me . Needed to use our sofa bed and didn’t have any covers or extra blankets for it. Asked front desk at night for some and just gave us a thin sheet. Thankfully we only stayed a night but I don’t think I could’ve stayed longer.

Liked: Well the only thing I like was that room was available
Disliked: 1. Elevator don't work. 2. No comforter on bed, only sheets were put on. 3. Hair dryer was burnt4. Ice try was broken.5. Light in Bathroom kept going off, then didn't turn on for hours. 6. Didn't have Toilet paper holder either.

Liked: Friendly staff and very knowledgeable, very kind and helpful the location is great , shopping across the street

Subpar

Liked: The room was subpar; the bed was on wheels. Due to the location of the Hotel, if there is an event the next day, the hotel triples its prices. The hotel was used because my baby was in the NICU at a hospital just down the street.
Disliked: the bed is on wheels

Bad

Disliked: The bugs. Bed bugs in one room roaches on the second.

Good

Liked: Bed, location and some shopping and grocery options close by
Disliked: Insects (small Cockroach infestation) and the carbet is not clean, lack or shortage of kitchen equipment as advertised.
