Disliked: The property was poorly maintained. Every time you?d look for a staff member, no one was available. The night person was never at the desk

Very tedious travel day, convenient...
Liked: Friendly check in staff
Disliked: We Requested a queen bedroom, it wasn't ready. I Had to share a full sized bed with spouse. No hot water, Shower knob was broken. I reported the issue and no one contacted me back to switch rooms. I called several times that evening to the front desk, no one was there. Just a sign saying they'll return momentarily.
