The staff was very nice.

Liked: Place was nice and I loved the location beside the smoking room.
Disliked: Smoking room and asked for non smoking. Also had to bring towels down to get new towels.

Liked: I have nothing good to say about this hotel that tried to steal from me after I was told that I would not be charged because the booking site booked a room that they did not have available.
Disliked: Booked my reservation on line came to the property was told there was a mistake in my booking and no rooms were available and my room would automatically cancel when it did not and my card continued being charged so when you book with this hotel make them cancel in your face.

Disliked: The pit bulls, the smoking at the front & only entrance! My husband had a black pit bull dog lunged at him! Dog crap in the hallway! The elevators & carpets were not cleaned. Food cigarettes butts, etc outside on the ground in front of the building.I booked & paid $201.00 for the room, front desk stated my room was not paid cost us 300.00 ($50 deposit, $50 pet fee)Now I have to work on getting back my booking money! Never will stay there again!!
