Disappointed.

Liked: location
Disliked: The breakfast equals nothing. Half the lights in our room did not work. The bathroom is dirty. The shower supply did not refill the other day.

Liked: The bed was comfortable and hot water
Disliked: The breakfast it was just coffee and oatmeal package. It was a hair in the tub sheet and bottle top under the bed.

You get what you pay...

Liked: It was affordable and close to where I needed to travel. When we made customer service requests, they were addressed promptly.
Disliked: Cleanliness was borderline. At least three pieces of furniture in my room were broken. Many times there was no one at the front desk and as a result it was difficult to make customer service requests in a timely manner.

Liked: Hotel employee were very nice and helpful. Location is great.
Disliked: Needs some TLC. You get what you pay for. Good for a cheaper hotel. Seems to run tight on staff- desk not always manned because they are running towels, restocking, doing hotel laundry, or one of their many duties. Some had to wait at check-in.

No-fuss, comfortable stay with great...

Liked: Kitchenette and dishes provided were great, place was clean and quiet, staff were friendly and helpful. Well positioned in Austin, with easy if long walkable routes to the rest of the city.
Disliked: The only two things that I would like to see improved are the water pressure in the shower and for the operable windows to stick less.

Liked: My key worked, the tv worked and the heat worked.
Disliked: There was no workout room, Several times a day I had to try and get dishes for my kitchen. THere was no soap to clean them available the entire week so would have to return to get clean ones and at times there were no dishes available to get at the front desk. The room was old. The walls very thin. The shower had a hard time converting from bath to shower. When I went down to ask for a hairdryer they said there wasn't a hair dryer available. I will never stay here again. I thought this hotel was about having a kitchen to use but this hotel made it hard to use the kitchen.
