This place is only a place to lay your head, which is typically what I look for when I travel to an out of town location for a concert. Staff was below average. Rooms were dated. No shampoo, just soap. Beds were not comfortable. Only a place to lay your head for a few hours if you don't mind the 10 minute ride into downtown Asheville.

Liked: Hotel is safe and secure especially when having a teen; rooms are quiet and exceptionally clean. Staff was very professional and polite. Beds are comfortable and having the ability to cook our food in the room was a plus.
