VERY UNHAPPY

Disliked: I paid for the room for 4/25-4/26 and was told that it was time to get out at 11 am on the 25th because they said since we checked in early in the morning that we were not allowed to stay past 11 am that same day I WANT MY MONEY BACK FOR THE EXTRA THAT I HAD TO Pay TO STAY TILL 11AM ON THE 26TH I paid double

Extremely gross place to stay.

Liked: That it had a bed and tv. Also liked the full sized fridge
Disliked: It was extremely dirty with cockroaches running across the floor. The curtains were almost black from all the dirt stains. The bathtub wasn’t cleaned and was absolutely disgusting.

Disappointing

I will never stay here...

Disliked: The establishment was under renovations. They Said Nothing At Check-in!. The Bathroom Was Horrible! I was going to stay for 5 nights. I figured I would have to pay for the one night anyway, so I stayed, BUT did NOT take a shower due to literal hole in ceiling and bathtub was awful. That night I told the clerk I was leaving in the morning because of change of plans and that's when I found out had already charged my card. He said there is no refunds.Next morning I told management, my plans had changed and I would be able to go home, they couldn't charge me for something I didn't use and my C. C. company agreed. She actually said, "Well, you shouldn't make plans if you can't keep them." I will never darken their doorway again!
