Disappointing

Liked: Staff was friendly.
Disliked: The bed was old and extremely uncomfortable. There was a tooth hockey in town and the pool was full of kids with water everywhere. Kids running in the halls and screaming until after midnight with parents everywhere in the common areas. Staff did nothing to stop the noise.

Liked: Where do I start. We arrived after 3pm to our room 303 to find no bar soaps. The last at the front nice was nice and had some sent up I later realized our pull out couch had no sheets. And the mattress was yellow.brown and red. Soooooo gross. Called and told sheets in the dresser. Great, found them. They were yellowish and just blah. Ceiling fan in bathroom was competed covered in dust. We did not get any house keeping Saturday. After calling and asking about it and asking for more towels I was told you had to request. This was the same last aho checked us in n and she never asked or mentioned it. Said well I can bring them up to you but I am not supposed to leave the office. Not great service .Then pool on the other hand was amazing. My kiddos spent so many hours in it and was worth it. Loved the slide! And most was clean.Also one elevator was down the time of our stay. Wanted to lastly share Sunday morning before checking out I did share my feedback to the gentleman at the front desk. He listened but offered no solution.
Disliked: Cleanliness of room King bed sheets had rips as well

Would stay here again.

We love staying here! Affordable...

Liked: The rooms are spacious, 2 months ago we stayed here and had a 2-room suite with 2 tv's. This time we had an extra family member with us, so we had 2 beds and a fold out couch in 1 giant room. Fit us all nicely. I love that the lobby is inviting for playing board games (they have many games to choose from) or you can relax by the fireplace. I was able to catch up on some work enjoying a late night coffee in the lobby-dining area, while my family was enjoying the pool. This place is family friendly--you can find groups of youth playing board games or swimming at any given time--but the facility has a peacefullness about it. The youth are never running unruely, loud or disrespectful and I believe that is because the staff are so positive and inviting that they set the tone for the facility. Quiet time at 10pm is well respected.
Disliked: The pool/spa room was hot and stuffy. The chlorine level was extremely high, as the smell was overwhelming, and the ph level was way too low burning swimmer and bystander's eyes (I am a pool manager so, when you know, you know). The pool itself was on the colder side and the hot tubs were quite hot. Overall the pool was clean and there were plenty of towels for everyone. Our daughter had a great time either way--we just could not stay in the pool area for longer than half an hour--we had to take turns tagging-out.

Liked: Breakfast was not good the first day, but was better the 2nd day.
Disliked: Breakfast was not the best.

Excellent vacation space for families

Liked: Clean and comfortable. Nice and spacious rooms. Staff were friendly and excellent. Nice variety at breakfast. Nice pool area for my kids. I really liked the big bathroom with the nightlight, makeup mirror and cloth.
Disliked: Nothing!
