Very good

Liked: Great location. Walkable to many amenities and eateries in central Napier. Room was super clean and very comfortable. Lovely staff as well. Definitely would rebook if required.
Disliked: There are only 10 carpark lots: really depends on your luck if you're able to get one. If you do, it's really tight and difficult to park so.. our aircon/heatpump unit also malfunctioned on our 2nd night and thankfully their sister hotel picked up and gave some troubleshooting advice but we didn't adjust it fully to our liking because we were worried it would spoil again.

Convenient and no hassle.

Liked: Your hotel is well located, the rooms are clean and tidy. There are a few signs that the rooms are getting tired, but not too bad. The intercom was answered immediately - no waiting around.
Disliked: There was nothing I didn't like. I just noticed a few tell tale signs of the room getting a bit tired.
