Liked: Good location, easy access. Clean and tidy. I have had several stays and find it a great option

Liked: The property is central so you can walk everywhere. My room was lovely - very clean they had put the heating on so it was lovely and warm . There was a lovely tea/ coffee selection using a good brand of tea. Shortbread biscuit which my daughter claimed when she came to visit . Loved the toiletries. They had many lovely touches .even the toilet paper was folded to a point and a special embossing stamp used to hold it in place .milk was put in the fridge everyday . This is my second time staying here and I will definately be back . The reception lady is an absolute delight .Extremely friendly and welcoming . On my last visit my daughter had given me flowers - she noticed and got a vase for us to use .She is a real gem 💕 I will definately stay here in further visits to Napier as I loved everything about it . The beds are amazing !!! The most comfortable bed I have ever slept in . An absolute wonderful place to stay . Recommend ++++
