Aside from the gunfire and...

Disliked: At midnight a firearm was discharged above my family’s head as we slept. My 7 month old son and husband were not injured Thank God. I was 5 months pregnant, my husband and I both suffer from ptsd so fearing for my families safety during our stay there has made it so I’ll never return to this hotel. When I called the desk to report it I didn’t get an answer and then in the morning there was no one present when I dropped off the key to speak with. I called and left a message and never received a call back.

Liked: There was no breakfast. The only good thing was the location
Disliked: Homeless people in the parking lot. On my second day there was a death investigation in one of my adjoining rooms.

Liked: I’ve stayed here previously and never had an issue until this stay.
Disliked: After midnight a firearm was discharged above my family as we slept. Thankfully neither my husband or myself nor or our 6 month old infant were injured. My husband and I both have ptsd so you can imagine it was not a restful nor pleasant night after this happened. I called the front desk with no answer. The next morning when I went to speak with someone in person and drop off our key I couldn’t locate anyone and assumed they were handling the accident or potential lost life above us.
