Liked: I liked that the room was spacious. Also, they had a laundry room on the 4th floor so that was handy to have on-site. The staff was super nice and friendly. Breakfast in the morning was great to have a lot to choose from.
Disliked: This is the first time a laundry room at a hotel charges. You so it was kind of hard to get quarters.

No chance to stay. Because...
Disliked: We booked room thought Booking.com. When we went there. The front desk person said there is no room for us. Even though my name appeared in their system.

New ownership. Ask if computers...
Liked: Property ownership transition. The computers were down. People were upset because it took entirely too long to confirm reservation’s and check-in. My wife’s feet were swelling and she was exhausted. The lady noticed and got us into another room immediately because the room they originally assigned us was occupied. She was compassionate.
Disliked: The floor got all wet because the shower curtain was cut short. Outside view of trash dumpsters. Noise all night from someone that sounded like a mop bucket on wheels. Parking was closed off. I had to park my car quite a long way from the entrance. Upon checking out and going to my car I noticed the closed off section in the parking lot was opened. It should be first come first served. I’m not happy. I will not stay at another Express Inn.

Liked: The front desk staff were really professional and accommodating. They located us to another room. There exercise room was nice.
Disliked: First of all when we booked this property in February, nobody told us that they were in transition to become a Marriott. So with that said there was no breakfast service except for the weekend, the coffee maker in the room didn't work. No security available!!anybody could have walked in from the outside gone up the stairwell and come right to our room, the doors to the outside weren't locked our room key had to be changed four different times because they wouldn't work.. and they charged us $20 a day to park when there was no other guest in the hotel it was like we stayed in a ghost hotel. I hope when they transition to the Marriott is a nicer hote,l because I would never stay there again there were other choices of hotels around us but we chose this one and it was a big mistake!

Liked: I made a reservation a day prior my arrival by mistake and the receptionist was really nice and helped me create a new reservation. The room was clean and neat I really enjoyed my staying.
