Disliked: Mattress hard-no kind cable-no iron-microwave hardly work. Everything outdated and run down Noisy evening.

Liked: when booked the rooms, it was supposed to be 1 king and 1 room 2 queen. Each room had a King. I sent message to motel for rooms to be close to each other and they were in different areas of the motel. I also requested by the pool we were opposite of the pool. I was told I could not pay for both room at the same time had to be done separate even though I booked both rooms in my name. So I had 2 transactions.
Disliked: My request was made in advance that they could have met my needs and it was not met. I never had service like this before.

Liked: Clean,friendly housekeeping and staff , Everything worked in room except shower.
Disliked: Shower/tub need work. Only able to get Hot water. No cold. Needs plunger in every bathroom.

Liked: Loved the breakfast. And a cleaning person came in every day to tidy up, bring fresh towels and replenish the toilet paper! It was wonderful. And the acoustics in the bathroom were amazing! Singing in the shower was fun!
Disliked: Our bathtub didn’t have a plug. We asked for one at reception, but it didn’t fit. We managed by using the one they gave us in conjunction with a face cloth, to block the water from escaping. It did the job

Very good

Liked: The water pressure was fantastic and the hot water was actually HOT! It is an older building but the whole place is clean and well kept. My room had been partially remodeled. You could tell that the staff and owners put an effort into keeping things nice.
Disliked: Other guests can be loud and the walls were thin. But no one was obnoxiously loud for long periods or staying up late being loud, so it wasn't all that bad. Just a minor thing.
