Bed bugs , and room...

Disliked: Get rid of the bed bugs and the nasty smell in the room and clean the room better and have a staff there on the premises. And I want a refund because we had to leave our room because of the smell and bed bugs and go to another hotel for our stay in Erica Springs, Arkansas

Disliked: It was advertised that Breakfast came with the room. When I stated to the manger that there is no breakfast, the appropriate thing would be to discount the room, He said no. It would have made a huge difference if he simply handed me a $10 bill and said "here, please use this for breakfast" This is appropriate and well business tactics. Instead he gave excuses and focused on himself, very poor business tactics.

Liked: The room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. The manager was so nice and watched out for me when I was out of my room.
Disliked: The fridge could be updated it ran a little loud

Liked: Stayed here twice. Front desk gentleman is very kind and accommodating. Rooms clean & comfortable for the money.
Disliked: Cable TV blanked out twice and rebooted. I didn't ask because I wasn't there to watch a lot of TV.

Exceptional

Liked: The rooms were clean and aesthetically pleasing. It had all the provisions, and was very comfortable. The breakfast hit the spot just right, but I wish I would've used the waffle iron. In all interactions, which was few, because I usually avoid people, the staff was very courteous.
Disliked: I can't think of anything I didn't like. There would be occasional traffic noises or other guests bumping around, but you'll have that in a hotel.

Liked: Great water pressure, great location. Room smelled a little "musty" when we arrived but an air freshener helped.
Disliked: The cable was wonky. The outlet was controlled by the light switch. Door wouldn't lock automatically. Glad there were THREE other locks on the door. The room was sooo dark.
