Maybe with the completion of...

Liked: Very good breakfast, clean room and bathroom, towels were changed daily, personnel respectful and professional. Hotel was clean and well maintained, nice terrace at the restaurant.The inconveniences were that the hotel is hard to reach due to the constructions in the neighborhood.
Disliked: The inconveniences were that the hotel is hard to reach due to the constructions in the neighborhood. No helpful street indicators to get you to the hotel.

Nice hotel for a city...

Liked: the hotel is located in quieter part of the city, next to the sport arena. Behind the hotel there's a hidden gem - a huge park with bars and places to chill. The hotel offers very good breakfast and well quipped bar. Around the hotel in a walking distance (less than 1km) there are various restaurants and bars. Also, with public transport its easy to get to the city centre (tram number 17). Free of charge underground garage for hotel guests is a big advantage.
Disliked: Internet is good but sometimes got disconnected. Other than that no major issues.
