Liked: Hotel Kramer was absolutely incredible — clean, modern, and perfectly located. What truly made the experience stand out was the super friendly and welcoming staff who went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We’ll definitely be back!

Disliked: The staff where not helpful when I wanted to postpone my reservation even though it was a special case unlike the hotel in Madrid, the staff where not willing to help even when I wanted to order water by the pool they say it’s illegal and when i asked what should i order for my kid? They said water!!!!! The rooms were not clean, the bathroom door is rusty and loud. Room design was like a corridor and there is no sound proof!! I could hear the conversations next door. All homeless and poor people down and around the hotel.
