Had a short but enjoyable stay. Loved the room.

Liked: Great room.
Disliked: Slow service for breakfast.

It was a nice enough place. I would have preferred a water source in the lobby and friendlier front desk staff.

Liked: Proximity to Deer Lake Park.
Disliked: The mattress had a well on the side I slept on and I was uncomfortable.

Liked: Staff is very friendly, made the stay delightful. Good location near transit and plenty of restaurants at all price points. Room was clean and very comfortable bed. I recommend this place!

Liked: Decent location.
Disliked: Do not book here. Read the reviews on here and on google and you’ll see a similar theme. The pictures are misleading. It’s an old building and the rooms and halls show it. It smelt dingy and wasn’t as clean as I would expect. The staff was absolutely awful. Each staff member I talked to gave me a different answer for a problem I was having with paying with a work credit card, and they denied what the last person said. They claimed to have worked and trained there for years but they did not know policies and denied my requests, they were not accommodating whatsoever. I had to demand that they cancel my room and refund for the rest of my stay and I booked somewhere else. Do not book here.
