Executive Suites Hotel Burnaby

Had a short but enjoyable stay. Loved the room.

Liked: Great room.
Disliked: Slow service for breakfast.

It was a nice enough place. I would have preferred a water source in the lobby and friendlier front desk staff.

Liked: Proximity to Deer Lake Park.
Disliked: The mattress had a well on the side I slept on and I was uncomfortable.

Disliked: I got confirmation that we had a room with 2 full beds and ended up with 1 queen bed, I have hip pain and therefore turn frequently which then disrupts my husbands sleep and he had to do a lot of driving the next day. Unfortunately there were no other rooms available.

Liked: Liked the one bedroom suite, if you travel with kids. Definitely will save it for next time.
Disliked: I would like a better coffee bar. Not the best coffee.

Liked: Staff is very friendly, made the stay delightful. Good location near transit and plenty of restaurants at all price points. Room was clean and very comfortable bed. I recommend this place!
