Executive Residency by BW Philadelphia-Willow Grove

I stayed for a 1 night getaway with wife. We were happy in all.

Liked: Very friendly staff. Clean facility; not over the top facility, but clean, functional, and efficient.

Bad

Liked: It was a sad experience in every aspect. My family had to leave because they were terrified by roaches.
Disliked: We had roaches in our room

Disliked: I stayed at Executive Residency by Best Western Philadelphia-Willow Grove on 6/19/2025. I made a complaint about the roaches in my room. I was not offered another room because I was only staying 1 night. I was told that I'll be reimbursed for my night stay. To date I have not received a refund. This is my sixth attempt to contact to request my refund as promised. I will like for someone to call me to discuss this. Thanks

Disliked: There is nothing exexutive about this hotel. The room was dirty, and it smelled like weed all through the hallway and in my room. I requested the room be cleaned while out on a day trip, and it was not. The front desk staff was rude and unapproachable, just a horrible experience.

Liked: Nothing. There was never anyone at the desk. The people that “lived” there were trashy. The guy above me was up ALL night making noise. It was horrible!!!!

Disliked: We arrived and no one was at the front desk, we waited about 10 minutes. we went up to our room to no air conditioning , i called the front desk several times to no answer, i went down to the front desk and no one at the desk again, after 20 minutes of waiting he arrived and went up to the room to confirm it was not working. he left us there to get new us the new room cards. As we walked to the elevator he went into a room. It looked like he had a room there and abandoned the front desk. The room smelled like smoke. It was late and we were tired. It took more about 2 hours for us to get settled.
