Holiday hotel

It was really nice, specially...
Liked: The staff were welcoming.When we arrived From airport after 5 hours flight delay and missing luggage , Sanaz , at the reception was really helpful and helped us to feel comfortable and relaxed.

The customer service was over...
Liked: The customer service was over the top...my friend and I were actually shocked at how attentive the staff were!
Disliked: The only thing I can think of is that there was not decaf coffee in the room, but I suspect if you asked you could get them to bring it to your room.
