The hotel is overpriced for...

Liked: The size of the room. It is precious and provides a comfortable space . The reception staff was very kind and accommodating specially the girl who checked me in she showed me a few other rooms to chose from to solve the noisy AC.
Disliked: The AC is so so loud and it’s close to the bed. Even when it’s turned off you can still hear the noise of the AC from other rooms The bed sheets are pretty rough The location is pretty far from the city it takes up to an hour to get around especially with traffic

Liked: The hotel rooms were clean and nice and I liked the fact there was a balcony.. and the amenities and location was good.
Disliked: The staff was absolutely disgusting. The first night they were very accommodating.. I was there for work and did a third party credit card authorization so my work paid for the hotel.. I had phone earlier that morning to confirm there would be no problems upon arrival. Ofcourse there was they wanted to charge me damage deposit and not my work as per my morning phone call where they guaranteed me everything was covered. The next day I checked out and decided to extend my stay.. because I didn’t provide the new staff members with a picture of the third party’s credit card holders drivers license they decided to tell me my extended night I booked online was cancelled due to “security and safety reasons”. They treated me horribly..for work I travel and never EVER has one hotel asked for a pic of drivers license and credit card.. I provided those and provided a filled in 3rd party credit card form.. but still they denied my hotel booking. I was horrified with how the staff treated me it was seriously disgusting and will be taking my work business elsewhere.

Liked: I really enjoyed the service, all our questions were answered in a timely manner, all staff were accommodating front front desk, housekeeping, restaurant, and front entrance employees.
Disliked: I didn't particularly like the location.

Vancouver getaway

Liked: Location is very close to sky train station, staff was very helpful and friendly, spacious room, clean bathroom.
Disliked: Nothing as such, no free early check-in available though which usually is free at 4 star hotels.
