Liked: We enjoyed the places we visited, Redwoods, Waitapu Thermal park. Night market Polynesian spa and Stratosphere restaurant
Disliked: Rotorua seemed run down and depressed. Some shops were very untidy. The Lake area and Night market were great, very friendly. Cinema was filthy.

Disliked: We lost some of our property and room window was open when came back so we suspected it was stolen. We asked at the reception that if they could check cctv, but he completely dismissed anything had happened and just kept saying “no”, didn’t even acknowledge let alone give assurance or check cctv.

Liked: Lovely room with a backyard hot tub. Very convenient location. Clean and quiet living environment and friendly staff. Will for sure come back again.
Disliked: Nothing at all.

Liked: Perfect accommodation. Brand new unit, clean and comfortable. The temperature was pleasant in the room not too warm, not too cold. Room was totally quiet. The parking was right outside the unit. Staff were helpful and friendly. The private hot tub in the patio was a delight! Highly recommend this place. We'll be back for sure on our next trip to Rotorua.
