Apart from the pool disappointment...

Liked: We stayed for 3 nights in June. Central location, helpful staff, good sized room with fridge, microwave and hob.
Disliked: We were aware that the advertised pool was adjacent to this hotel. What we weren't aware of before booking was that there was no changing facilities at the pool and the expectation was that we would change in our room and "walk over in a bathrobe. Everyone does it!". We ended up not using the pool and never saw anyone walking in a bathrobe to the adjacent pool.

Liked: We like the location of the hotel, the Whistler Gondola is right a your doorstep
Disliked: The soundproofing of each room was not great. If you're on the lower floor and someone above you. You can hear them walking and talking.
