HORRIBLE SERVICE

Liked: I think the room rate should’ve been less than what we paid. Whoever was working the night shift was HORRIBLE! Gave us 2 rooms that were not clean. Ashes on the bed in the sink and bed messy. Other room was full of liquor and he didn’t even care. He was just rushing to go back to his sleeping area. Then when we complained he said he’ll give us a refund and we can go back home, that would’ve been great but we drove all the way from Las Vegas, NV. He complained about giving us clean sheets and towels. Idk if he is the owners kid or something but he just seemed like an entitled brat lol. I am one who loves to leave positive reviews and honest ones but I couldn’t leave this unsaid for the next person looking for rooms. Don’t come here!

My mom ended up cleaning their own room because he wouldn’t give us another room. We reserved and PAID before arrival. He complained about giving us clean sheets and towels. Liked: Not much.
Disliked: I booked a stay for about 12 days. The first week, every time I needed to get into the room I had to got to the office to get a new key card. There were no lamps so I had to lay on the bed in order to read. The cable was not working, so there was no TV. There was no microwave, So I ended up eating out more than I planned.

Disappointing, but we got what...

Liked: The room was cheap and my shower never lost hot water. My initial room certainly would have been better than the one I stayed in because it smelled less like smoke. Also there was a sticker of Pikachu on a painting on the wall behind the sofa which was cute.
Disliked: I went up to my non-smoking room and was instantly hit with the smell of smoke. Also found two holes in the walls (probably from the coffee table being moved into it), wouldn’t have cared about the holes if not for the smell. I went down to ask for a different non-smoking room and unfortunately this one smelled even worse… didn’t ask for another new one as some friends also asked for different rooms and the guy in the lobby seemed annoyed (which is totally understandable for that line of work). I figured it would be fine since I was only staying the one night, and it more or less was. Found out in the morning that there was no hair dryer, and parts of the coffee maker were missing. Lastly, the water pressure was weak in the shower.

Liked: close to the arena with an uber. water works. ac/heater works.
Disliked: supposed to be no smoking but first room we got smelled like someone smoked cigs in there 5 mins before we arrived. just straight cigarette smell. 3 other rooms that my friends got ALSO smelled like cigarettes. got another room that didn’t smell. not really too clean. things technically work but looked like they were hanging by a thread.
