Clean Rooms, friendly staff, beautiful...

Liked: The staff was friendly and accommodating. The lobby was beautiful. The breakfast has alot of variety and was yum.
Disliked: We had little ants crawling in two different spots. (Room 256) Staff was VERY responsive in sending the building engineer up promptly to exterminate the problem and cleaning staff tidied up the room not long after. (Hated the ants but LOVED the prompt response)

Liked: The staff is friendly and the hotel is clean and whenever my children want to go swimming they are able to… thank you.
Disliked: Can’t use cash.

Relaxing and friendly staff at...

Liked: I stayed at this hotel in early 2025 and I liked the location, I liked the amenities, pool, bar, coffee bar all day and ect.
Disliked: I wasn't told that I had to pay an extra $17 dollars to park my car rental in their parking lot for one night. I wasn't charged that last time. So that was very unfortunate that I had to not only pay for my room but I had to pay to keep my rent car on their property.
