Rooms old musty and dirty

Liked: Nothing. Got money back and cancelled
Disliked: Front office was old and dirty looking. The clerk was quiet and cautious and pointed out a ratty paper on the counter that said check your room within 20 mins or no refund after. I checked both rooms available with him and had to take my puffer as they were very musty and bathrooms were filthy and gross. The rooms were unacceptable to me. Old is one thing but dirty and shabby. The bathroom pic on Booking.com was not what the room had.

Liked: They had a small refrigerator.
Disliked: Had roaches and spiders. The remote didn’t work the tv. Our future son in law fixed the remote. He had a family member who used to work for Spectrum. So the remote worked. Bed was uncomfortable. Wasn’t worth the money my mom paid for it.

Disliked: The manager was very nice!

Poor

Liked: Staff was friendly, no coffee machine and coffee in the office is ready at 6:30. We left at 5:30, so no coffee. The water handle was broken in the shower, the water was so hot you needed a towel to turn it off.

This was a good hotel...

Liked: The staff was exceptionally friendly. The price was very good.
Disliked: It is a little bitt older facility. It appears that they are currently upgrading the rooms. The beds were older and a bit uncomfortable.
