DISGUSTING AND DISAPPOINTING

Liked: This was the worst hotel stay I have experienced in many many many years, room was just disgusting. Grand daughter was scared to go to sleep because the beds was stained and room had roaches in the fridge and microwave. Can’t say no more pictures. Show it all.
Disliked: Roaches in the room live and dead all over the walls, walls dirty, floors dirty, bed dirty room smelled disgusting. Bathroom commode, broken roaches in the tub, mold on the walls.

Why can't the management answer...

Liked: The room was clean the place was nice looking it's just that my TV didn't work and no one would answer the phone when I call and I didn't like that cuz I like to watch TV
Disliked: The TV didn't work and when I called the office no one answered the phone

Disliked: The air conditioner didn't work well it was hard to ever get the room to a comfortable temperature
