Liked: The staff is always available and friendly. We actually stayed an extra night and had everything we needed at our disposal or upon request! Room was very clean and we like that we have actually had the same room 3 times in a row. Everything is always just the way it should be and housekeeping keeps up every single day even if you are there they will stop and ask if you need anything. We love the location because we are close to family that we are visiting but also anything you could need is either across the street at Walmart or Walgreens but also easy access to restaurants and much more!

Not worth staying at this...

Disliked: When we walked into the room it stunk. I'm not sure how to describe the smell but it was not pleasant at all. We knew we could not find another hotel (the area was booked for huge craft shows and football game) They have a bar attached to the hotel, some patrons we very noisy. We had a booking for 2 nights, but only stayed one, the lady at the front desk assured me that I would receive a refund for the second night, but I have not received one yet and they have had plenty of time to do so.
